Fixed cameras are fine because they give you ample warning with 3 signs, but mobile speed cameras/radars cannot be stationed on a decline/hill - it's the law boys and girls.

funni thing, i was pulled over in my car for leaving my yellow foggies, lucky i was with my friend which is a chick, an the copper felt bad if he dicked me for having foggies on with her in the passenger, so left me with a warning
