I just changed from castrol edge to nulon 10 w 40 and my engine seems to be running alot better since the change. I dont know if its purely all in my head, but ive found it to be pretty good. its not cheap though. I paid $66 for 6 litres

Hrmm.. I just bought 5 quarts of the stuff.... I'll try Castrol next service I guess.. I used to use Castrol for my TT and it was silky smooth.. Although Mobil1 on my car made a difference for me, pity my bolt is leaking it all out.. lol

    How's your turbo-charge route going?

I use Nulon 10W-40. I love it - car's very smooth. I got 6L for $52 on the weekend - supercheap had 20% off all lubes! it's a good oil - and Aussie

is their any reason that everybody is using 5 40 oil? I thought 5 40 was for cars in colder climates? or am I under the wrong impression?

my turbo route is coming on slowely. Im about to rebuild my diff end of this month with a comptech system or a puddymod system. then im going to get my new clutch then finally the turbo kit
a bit worried since ive still got awhile to get off my pz (just over 2 years) so im having second thoughts now.
im also looking at doing a custom setup involving a gt2871r turbo instead of a standard greddy kit..or i mite even end up doing a mase kit
only time can tell i guess

the reason why i use 5/40 is because it is a full synthetic oil and for some reason my engine doesnt burn it anywhere as quick as the semi synthetic 10/40
does anyone else experience similar scenario?
