    heads and bottom ends

    is this true that aussie model of a D16Z6 head is a D16Y1 head or D16Y8 head

    and also is the d15b4 (GL EG) bottom end the same thing as a d15b7 (GLI EG) bottom end ?

    AFAIK the american D16Z6 is the equivalent of the aussie D16Y1

    ahh okay thanks for that, althought i looked at wikipedia specs thier both different. d16z6 is weaker then the d16y1, vtec cross over is at diffrent rpm's

    also do you know if a d15b4 dual carby bottom end is the same as a d15b7 efi bottom end ? d15b4 from a gl eg and d15b4 from a gli eg.

    Yeah Z6 and Y1 parts are interchangeable I believe, as well as all their aftermarket parts in case you're looking at USDM stuff...

    i was under the impression Y1 an Z6 are the same, just stamped differently cause of the markets

    Slightly different sized intake manifold, and combustion chambers. Basically no difference and essentially the same thing

    are b series and d series "Adjustable Cam Gear " the same ? if not how much are d series "Adjustable Cam Gear "

    I don't think they're the same, and the price will depend on SOHC/DOHC and brand mate.
