Honda Civic on Ebay

Hi just wondering if anyone can tell me more about if a 1993 Honda Civic is a good car as I have seen one on ebay and it is only $1000 at the moment. The car has a roadworthy with it and registration so this seems cheap. It is item 150547579590. Thanks
