honda crx 1995 misfiring running on 3cyc

i have a honda crx b16a and the issue i have is the car runs on 3 cyclinders ive checked the leads there fine i just put new spark plugs, its the 4th injector doesnt pulse but when i leave the car and come back and start it, it runs normal 4 cyclinders, im going to change the injectors tomorrow see if it fixes the problem has anybody else had the same problem?? and how did they over come it

measure the resistance of the injector.

it could be the injector, ECU or wiring. on the RH Shock tower is a connector with a cap that plugs in that connect 12v to all the injectors. ensure its OK and not damaged in any way.
