How exactly do you shave the headlight washers? It is something I want to do.
Let us know what your dyno reading is when you get it done
Recently had this done. Unless you're good with panels you need a panel shop to do it for you. They pull the washers and fibreglass the hole up, then respray the bar. Looks much cleaner
I can't remember if I had the AEM 1052U in at that time, but I'm thinking not, as I only installed the ECU, on the day I put the bigger injectors in, which was a week or 2 after I installed the S/c, so I'm 99.8% sure it was on the OEM ecu.

As euroman said it's best off given to pros for things like this. It's not a big job at all, but skills and tools are needed. They would pull them out, then plastic weld over the whole, then bogg and sand down for reapray. I couldn't quote you how much cause I just send it in to a good friend of mine for body issues. And I will definantly post it up here somewhere.. And maybe add a couple of 0s to the end :P

Oh nice, thanks. Yeah I have seen photos it looks great.
Because all I want to do to my s looks wise is lower it and get that neat looking front lip that clips onto the stock one with the headlight washers, and wheels. Also a few small dents that bug the hell out of me that I want to get removed.
well i would like to tell all u ppl out there....!dont use E85 it had given me too much hassle....especially looking for petrol station that sells
E85 and bring all these jerry tank to track day and shit....too much hassle....tune for E85 is very important i had been back to the tuner for about 3 time to fix the tune...could be the tuners fault...not skillful enough maybe and in a long run the E85 will eat the fuel hose and injectors so better of stay with 98.
and my car is at the tuner right now tuning it back to use 98....only 4-6kw diff

Thats what I've been saying.....
The costs for going to E85 is not worth it factoring in bigger injectors and tune etc. Might as well just run race fuel.

On safe side better use hondata kpro
Less hassle and even a knob can tune it easy.
Altho haltech is good but the tuner is more important whether he know how
To get the most out of it.
