    I'm having the same issue.. but apparently its common... if its a head gasket issue wouldnt the smoke be white? Its its too much oil wouldnt the smoke be blue?

    How Many Thousand Kilometer have you done on the engine????? What Oil do you used? and try you check your engine old weekly to see it comsump oil or not? it could be your Valves stem.

    I have 83k on my car.. use motul oil. I've done further research and found that its the ECU that puts in more fuel right before WOT to make the car run richer for that time rather than making it run lean. So Its burning excess fuel.. What a relief.

    oil consumption is right. A quart between oil changes with hard driving on a honda is ok, but if it's a quart after every fuel fill up, then their is a problem.

    a bottle of oil = 5 litres,

    so are you saying it is OK to lose 1.25 litres of oil every 5000km????
