    Well a replacement pod will probably give you an extra 1kw from stock.
    Minus the fact that ya engine has done a few KMs and is probably flogged out.
    so
    107(stock kw) + 1kw(pod filter) - 3kw(wear and tear) = 105kw(at the engine)
    = shoulda got a vtir or Type R

    a stock non vtech integra will run low 16s, to high 15s

    200sx = turbo
    GSI Teg = Non turbo, non vtec.

    Felix i took a vtir for a spin when i was looking for a car, vtec is f all in a vtir,
    ill take a turbo gsi over a vtir any day of the year. You know why 1. vtir is more expencive, 2. insurance is like 300 buks more a year, 3. vtec cams arent desinged for turbo id have to spend 3gs on changing the things, 4. vtir weighs like 100kg more. and typeR is way to over priced!!!! so laugh all you want and when i post my turbo times well c who owns the faster car

    i got 16.2 with cat back and pod filter but that was because of a damn good launch off the line.
