Thanks mate. Is $287.73 incl. shipping standard pricing?

Also, why is everyone quick to suggest Injen? Is it the name or the sound?

The K&N 69-0026TS 69 Series is an SRI.

The K&N 69-0025TP Typhoon can be had for cheaper.(for cl9)

    http://www.amazon.com/69-0025TP-Typh...ype=automotive

Shipping is around 23$ on top. Good price imo. Will be cheaper from the stronger AUD. (just a side note, amazon conversion rate is poor, paypal too for that matter. I always pay in USD and let my credit card do the conversion. but you would have to check what fees your credit card charges)

    Thanks a lot mate.

Out of curiosity, what's better for Melbourne weather, a SRI or CAI?

Cant comment on what is better. However for Melbourne I think you cannot legally have an open pod 'oiled' filter, could get defected. If it was a normal foam one it should be fine. If you cover the filter with some sort of enclosure then that could be fine too. Aaron did something like that and has a DIY on it somewhere.

Oh so whichever one I get I would have to modify it by adding an enclosure?

Ok now I gotta do some searching!

Well the for SRI one that could easily be defected. However for the Other type, typhoon cai (injen cai) the pod is behind the bumper. Many have it, its not like a cop is gonna ask you to open the bumper now.

The ct engineering icebox is covered so that is fine.
