Hondata FlashPro tested in CL9 Euro - it works !!! TSX 07-08 ECU required.

what ports ? All ports are the same as TSX 04-08 and Auto gearbox have same gear rations, doesn't metter if it's TSX or Accord Euro CL9 My car is manual and one friend has auto, we both use FlashPro !!! All works as with OEM ECU, what else you want ? Reading old posts and searching problems which doesn't exists.... and how SAFC II is related with FlashPro, explain me ?

My questions were precisely because I was following logic... The post on Hondata forums stated the cruise didnt want to work due to gear ratio, which is different between TSX and Euro, so was it illogucal for me to question whether the auto tranny has the same ratios between USDM and AUDM and whether it'd work?? Also the post re:VFAC2 was related to the pin out ports, since Hondata sells a special adapter for 04-05 ECU's was it illogical to question whether the pin out's would match for my 03 because it was even different among USDM's??

The more we assume we know the more we dont know, unless you have a EUDM/AUDM/JDM stand side by side and take it apart we wont know what else is different, for example, EUDM CL9's use Lucas Calipers while the rest of world uses Nissin, both called CL9, but you wont know till you take the wheels off.

special adapter by Hondata is used for TSX 04-06 cars - I wrote in begining of this thread what you need *Hondata FlashPro unit for Acura TSX 04-06 (Marcus from Heeltoeauto.com can offer you)
So we use same kit, same special adapter must be connected. All ECU connectors and pinouts are the same between all TSX and CL9 euro cars, doesn't metter if it's auto or manual. You even thought how some of guys were using TSX reflashed ECU's by Hondata in there CL9 Euro ?

As I finished my testings with FlashPro unit I can confirm that it works with our CL9 Euro (2003-2008 years) without any problems. What you need (same as TSX 04-06 owners), two items:

*Acura TSX ECU 07-08 AT or MT, depends what gearbox you have (possible to get used for 150 USD if you search hard)
*Hondata FlashPro unit for Acura TSX 04-06 (Marcus from Heeltoeauto.com can offer you)
Also Honda dealer required to pair you immo to new ECU (For CL9 euro 2006-2008 users OEM immo module works, didn't had a chance to test 2003-2005 but I believe that it will work also)

Starting from new Hondata FlashProManager V1.2.8 (beta) you can disable EVAP errors, so no more any "Check engine" lights in dashboard. Big Thanks for Doug that he made such option for us.
Benefits - you can tune your engine as you want, VSA works, Cruise control works, no any "Check Engine" lights in dash. Who are interested in engine tune it's mod number 1.
For me it's better solution then dual K-Pro setup (I had it before).

No more Check engine lights as Hondata fixed this for CL9 users.
What regards power you will get basically same results on pure stock CL9 Euro as with Hondata Reflash for TSX 05 - get rid of this nasty torgue and power dip after 5K rpm.

Here is one more buget build which was done by my friend and tuned by me:
Honda Accord Euro CL9
Weapon-R Header
TSX 06 intake cam with VTC50 gear
RRC intake manifold
Short RAM 74mm Green intake
Acura TSX TB 64mm
Custom 2.5 inch single exhaust
ECU: Acura TSX 07-08 + Hondata FlashPro
Gearbox stock 6MT

Result 225 WHP and 250 NM at the wheels it was ~ 250-260 HP at flywheel !

Interesting how they add DBW support because it's not supported at the moment. Maybe after a year or more they will cook something.... Now best and tested solution is Acura TSX 07-08 ECU + FlashPro for CL9 Euro.
