Bride rails out of alignment on EG

I've got a drivers side bride rail, however it's a little bit out of alignment..

Bolting the fronts in first, the rears are about 2mm or so out of alignment for the bolt to go in.

The rail was from a JDM DC2R, as far as I know, this rail is genuine and dc2r and eg rails should be interchangeable.

It looks like one of these:

Do you think I should just try and widen the hole (on the rails) a tad with a drill, or take it to a specialist to get them to re weld the damn thing.

If so, does anyone have a place they recommend?

i probably would file it out, would be way too hard to drill

try bolt the rears first then the fronts, you'll find that they will flex abit if you put weight on it

Get someone to step on it as you put the bolts in.

good idea ay. actually now i remember had this issue with stock rail. dc2 seats in eg.
but seats gotta be bolted onto rail otherwise too hard to flex

Tried it, it's flexing down, but i need it to flex slightly to the side..

I think I'll grab a file and make the hole a few mm bigger tomorrow.

do that hole up first then the others.

I assume you bolted the seat to the rails then attempted to bolt into the car?
If so, i'd suggest taking the seat off the rails, then see if the holes align with the car.
I've found this problem with fixed back seat rails. When you bolt the seat too tight onto the rail, the rail flexes and causes alignment issues with the bolts on the car.
    just a suggestion...

ive bought a few bride rails before, they never fit perfect.
the jig gets old and etc, the car might have had a crash before. the only thing you can do is either heat it up and tap it to bend it a little then quench it. or file the hole.

well i've managed to solve this by filing the hole a tad bigger. took too long T______T going to stick with recaro rails next time..
