all depends on car mods, tune is a must for car with other camshafts, headers, intake manifolds and etc. Mount turbo without a tune and I get you +50% with a tune easy.

etune price range from $100-200, so 1250+100+80+100 = 1530 so still a lot of to go if you want reach $2000
anyway if you have stock Accord CL9 and don't plan to install good header with ~200 cell cat (or testpipe) and intake system don't bother with FlashPro at all.
Fredoops - DC header is a crap even Hytech replica or Weapon-R Header (both of them comes with a testpipe) is much better in quality
