Since it is not really defined whether they get x amount of kms a tank from full to completely empty or to the low fuel light.

-Everytime you fill up to full, reset your trip meter.
-Next time you fill up record the amount of Kms (a)
-Record the amount of petrol you have filled (b)

    b / a = Liters per Kilometer

    Liters per Kilometer * 100 = c Litres per 100 Kilometers

Im getting around 8.9L per 100km
    x2

    l per 100km best way

I know one guy. Everytime he makes an improvement or fixes his car, he goes on 240km/h mountain runs.

    Consistently 7.3-7.8L/100KMs.

And I use a 20L jerry can when petrol is cheap so I can hold off until it drops in price again

With the b18 I managed 400kms on the way home from when I bought it from Canberra (freeway driving plus abit wot)

With the k20 in it now I get about 300kms give or take. It's actually pretty good when I'm cruising but a very different story when I give it the beans.

I get approx the same, I'm aiming to get 600km out of my current tank. done ~400Km today with abit over 1/4 tank left. But i did hit vtec really hard few times this tank.

I also aim to change at 3k RPM for DD.

According to Redbook Max the DC5R can do is 1000km, just wondering how did they drive to get 1000km from 1 tank lol.
