    Do the newer type s tail lights fit on 2002 dc5's

    as toipc says, do they fit or is the shape slightly different?

    The shape is slightly different, as the typeS tail lights do not have the dips in the rear bumper as the older dc5's did... unless you get some modifications done to the rear bumper, you will have 2 half moon shape holes on each sides of the lights.

    you could but original lights look better so why bother

    They do fit,but the type-s rear bumper sucks, well not as nice as the type-r model.
    Instead why not go for a ings rear bumper, or an aftermarket one.for the type-s?

    Just need replace the BMW wannabe bumper and you'll be able to fit the NEW DC5 tail lights I guess.

    The type s tail lights looks way better than the older models. Well we can park next to the older models and when our lights are one, type s will bling bling bling all the way

    always prefer old gen DC5 head and tai lights
    look more mean
