Need Help!!! Eps Light On [no Pwr Steering!!]

Hi guys maybe you can help me with my little or big problem. My dad changed the engine oil today and coolant. I turn the car on and this EPS light is on my dash and i've got no power steering.

What could have possibly gone wrong? I cant find the power steering reservoir like a normal car and the belts seem to be tight.

    Thanks
