Fish and chip budget: Honda FEO (can't go past OEM oil on a budget)
Steak and chips with gravy budget: Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic
Dollar dollar bill budget: Motul

As long as it is fairly thin and preferably synthetic you can't go wrong. Just for your info, don't let people tell you that Honda FEO is shit cause it is a great oil to use.

5-30w (thats from the haynes for my VTI-R, ITR should be the same, just double check)

Syn or dino is ur choice, IMO go OEM you know its to spec and its cheaper than most.

also dont forget to change your oil filter, and for that go oem again its like 9 bucks.

castrol syn 0w-30 = $81/5L smoothest oil i have tried EVER...

Motul syn 5w-30 = $41/2L never tried it... but used on spoon engines in Japan
