    Reducing the weight of the car is fairly costly. Because first you need to remover all the parts you dont need. The rest of the parts that are left you need to find a lighter alternative. Start looking at CF body parts, get lighter seats, suspension, engine components, exhaust & headers, wheels, ect...

    I have stripped 96.5kg from my ED civic so far, which includes going from 135/65/13 rims to 195/55/15 rims, which added 14kg, and putting in a heavier engine.

    It all depends on how far you want to go. The more you strip your car, the noisier its going to get too. Tried driving in the rain with no headlining? Sounds like rocks are landing on your roof.
