Ok so there both $299 the panosonic is on sale from $420
the only real diffrence is panosonic has motorised flip down face and more preouts. and the line in on the back.

what one would you be choosing?

id say buy the one you like the look of in a sense and the one that has the features you are likely to use

how bout jvc-kdg615
has the MOSFET power amp wif 3xRCA outs + sub control.. its 250ish or less.
n i hafnt seen that model u showed b4 at a stereo place eg. jb hifi

by the looks of that model, had the iPod bit.

thats what i bought today was only 200$
