sorry bout dis guyz but will a 99 front bar fit a honda civic hatch 96 ??just wanna noe cause i hate the front grey bits on my front bar and wanna swap it with my mates one.

Headlights and grille on a 99-2000 model are bigger, so it wont be a straight swap. I've seen a few tutorials on how to do a conversion but you'd need a new set of headlights, front guards, bonnet and obviously the bumper.
