But is there any speed limit for your P's though?

Umm yeah, not 100% sure but like on highways where the speed limit is 100km and 110km etc, P platers are only allowed to go to 90km.
Oh and btw adels rules and brissie are a bit different (my bad for saying they the same). We can get our L's at 16 and after 6 months we can get our P's, therefore you can be on your P's at 16.5 in adel.Plus we dont have any restrictions of cars that P platers can drive, e.g you can be on your P's driving turbos, and V8s etc.

No P plate restrictions here yet. But like Killa said that's changing.

I heard that Victorias P plater Law is going to change in somewhere in june 2007, 4 years on P's

Yeh, they're bringing the P1 P2 system in. Not 100% sure what the difference is though, see vicroads site. Anyway, it motivated me to get my Ps quicker, so I'm not bounded by those rules...come into effect in July 07 I think.

And nope, there are no speed restrictions for L/P plated drivers in Vic, but there are vehicle restrictions.
