you can minimise that but not remove it without a respray.
To minimise it get these products.
1. Poorboys SSr2.5 to remove swirls, and grind down the edges.
2. Poorboys pro polish with carnuba blue, will fill some of the color back into it, so it wont be white. Then do the whole car
3. Seal the paint with you favourite protectant or poorboys exp pro.
you have to order these items online, but they will do a good job of minimising it.
btw it may be best done with a random orbital polisher using a 6.5" pad, the smaller the pad size the better the cut
