Hondata S100 ~ D16 -> B18

Can you use a Hondata S100 that was from a D16 for a B18 if it is retuned ?

and for this

Hondata OBD1 Replacement ECU with OBD1 Connector + the cost of either a s100, s200 or s300.

Hondata OBD2ab Replacement ECU (for 1996 to 1999) + the cost of either a s100, s200 or s300.
$650.00

Does that mean i can keep my stock ECU, and they chip it with I.e. Hondata S100 for only $285 ?
Im just abit confused with how all this works....
