I heard eibach springs are quite cheap.
What are the possible problems involved with "cutting" the springs (another cheapo version?)

Dammit I'm out of $$$

I will take a pic for you all tomorrow to show you what it currently looks like without dropping it.

(Expecting replies along the lines of "4x4" :P)

Please save money to do it properly. Cut springs can be dangerous. They can sometimes fall out on rebound thanks to the shock travelling further than your spring. Cut springs are also poorly matched to your shocks and will see a shorter lifespan for your shocks. Just do the job right the first time. Save up money and get a decent spring/shock combo or coilovers a little later.

Eibach aren't cheap by any stretch. They're a premium European brand. If you want cheap springs get King or K-Mac. But remember, you get what you pay for.
