upgrading my eg shocks/spring

my current setup is king lows allround with gt munroe shocks..at the moment its too high for my liking....




I have around $600 to spend..as im poor lmao..

i dont go to the track..or race etc...just after something low! and stiff/firm..,a friend of mine suggested coil over sleeve?

any suggestions thank you
