Stock Prelude Advice

Funny thing with lowering the car is even though my car is stock it still manages to get some scrapage happening over some dips.
I dont knw if n e one else has been having that problem but iv had it a few time.
Even on speed humps that are not that big. i have no idea what it is..soft suspenssion mabe i dunno...

yeah i'm dropped 1.5" on stock 16" wheels and shocks. i gotta go sideways across some big humps.
if you look at the plastic covers under the front bar there's not really much distance from the ground.
but i can still drive around normal without issues.
