Dc2r Wheel problem

Problem: Hey, i look at the back of my Dc2r i look at the left wheel looks perfect i look at the right wheel from the rear and its camber'd??

when i have a full car load 4 people, left side rear wheel rubs but my right sides perfect doesnt rub cause of the camber...

Question:

1- do Type r's usually rub at the rear on full car load??
2- Is my whole rear subframe bent??

Extra info: I did hit an island with my rear right wheel at about 50 km's - 60 km's, when i first bought the car...
