NEED right rear HR-v retract seatbelt!!!

malfunctioned the first day of the new children's booster seat law.
H want $$$0 for a new OEM sent from Japan...many weeks wait

...anybody want to wreck their unused rear seat belt or know where to get one, who to call????????????? many thanks
