to run the fronts all you will need is the lip folded back and the liner cut/removed. For the rears, you will need both those things + a light to medium pull, also you may need a spacer because the inside of the wheel may rub on your strut. on my rear (9.5 +25) i have about 10-15mm clearance. it will be .5inch less for you.. which means you will have 1.2 approx less space then me. Camber will also play a role for your rear clearance, the more negative camber you have the less space there will be. And you will have to run atleast 225/40/18 otherwise your tyres prolly wont fit, unless you will be sitting 10ft in the air.
