the rubber around the lights look fine, but i find my boot carpet gets wet on each side at the rear, so it seems like maybe mine is coming in maybe higher up? and sometimes depends on how heavy its been raining.
check the antenna aswell, for any obvious holes

make sure all the bolts that hold the rear lights are nice and hand tight
