It's been a while since we've last heard of a All Motor Honda running 11 second passes. We took an opportunity with Damien Civic EG and chucked on some 24.5x9x13 MT slicks to see the car full potential in semi drag form.

With the car weighing in @ 835kg without the driver, the car was 60kg lighter from its last outing without its big brake kit, track rims and aerodynamic aids.

It was a great night out for the car, with a minor set back with the first run with a faulty sensor plug. The car was a best time of 11.6@119mph 1.8 60ft (i know its a average 60ft, we've had our reasons)

Its quite an accomplishment to think this car can even run those numbers considering how it was set-up for this event. We aint here to make excuses, but the team is certainly excited for the prospect of the upcoming drag car

Here are some ACTUAL facts of the car for everyone to consider -
- OEM internally K20/K24 - 185kw at the wheels (check out the MPH!)
- GEAR-X Close Ratio Gearset
- -ve 3 camber front
- Slow 60ft''s. Should be averaging 1.6 60ft

The team knows if they pursue to keep working with this car in drag form, it will undoubtly run into the low 11's. Quite astonishing for such a simple engine combination. Goes to show you dont need big compression, strokers, aftermarket camshafts, ported head to make a K-series fast

The car will now return to its Time Attack form with a few aerodynamics upgrades for its upcoming jorney across the interstate border
