    Registering a vehicle in QLD that has no compliance plates

    My friends recently purchased a car down VIC, which the car was registered in VIC..after a search of the car, we cant find the compliance plate on the Chassis............

    without the Compliance plates, we cant get the car road worthy and register...

    so my question is.. does anyone know how we go about registering it without the compliance plate in QLD or any idea what to do ?
