Serviced my car today, got told that my synchros are on the way out, i just thought id see what the possible options are in terms of using this to increase the cars performance?

as well as rough costs etc?

Apologies if this post is slightly vague, im not exactly sure of what synchros are, other than the fact that its in the gearbox <>
