there are possibly number of reasons why your indicators may not be working.

But i just have a question to ask you OP.
Is the actual indicator outside working?
Or is it just the cluster? Or both?

The ideas i could see being a problem could be?

Cluster? or LED globes being a popular upgrade could be faulty and may need replacing?

And inspect the flasher relay like u mentioned
