ITR manifold upgrade issue

Hi All,
Im upgrading my b16a2 obd2b manifold to and ITR one..

I am having some issues...

where do i relocated the vacum and sensor that goes into here (black chimney thingo)....does not exist in ITr manifold




And also the vacume that goes into here... does not exist on ITr manifold..






And there is also a hose coming out of the ITR manifold for a vaume.. its the one next to the brake booster vacume.. what is it?>
