06 Civic recall - Free boot lining

i've got mine, incl boot hinge,
i have to spend $100 for those.

- boot lining itself
- 8 clips
- boot hinges

how do the boot hinges attach? the boot lining attaches with 8 clips (4x xmas tree clips + 4x screw clips) and the hinges i thought should attach with 2 xmas tree clips each... i.e. total of 12 clips
