Damn you '06 owners with ya multidisplays.

I have no idea how much I had left but I have driven 100km's in the city with the light on. Had about 2-3 litres left.

oh well.. can't believe they left it out.. and took them a few years to put it into the new models lol..

i know on the 04' managed to squeeze 80km from when the fuel light comes on.. that's with 5L or so left in thank when i fuelled up.

I use 50km as a rule of thumb when the light comes on, gives about 10L left in the tank roughly.. depending how you drive.

I think there's about 10L left when the light comes on. That's a range of 100km with a manual in the city. But try not to go too low. If the fuel pump picks up an air bubble, then your combustion will become lean.

The fuel pump sucks fuel from the bottom of the tank, any crap at the bottom would had probably get suck into the engine unless it floats...

I initially thought it came on at 60km left (MY2006), but ive noticed its come on at varied km's (58km-70km). So I guess it actually comes on at about 6L of fuel left.
