    da9... my clock has frozen

    hey guys the other day my clock froze in my da9 teg, and it hasnt moved off that time for the last 3 days the reset button is not working either, has any one else had this problem or a solution to fix it?
    da9 with dc5 tail lights what tha?

    If it's stuck on midnight then it might not be getting power constantly.

    Kinda like how a radio will 'forget' the preset stations if it doesn't have constant power.

    If on some random time, you could always just pull it out, unplug it, plug it back in. See how that works out. To remove the clock you can just literally grab a hold of it and pull it straight outta the dash (will be firm, but just be smooth and forceful. There's a 4-pin plug at the back. Pull the clock fuse if you feel like it, but if the car is switched off I wouldn't worry too much.

    I can take a photo if you'd like. And if all else fails, I've got a spare clock, depending on your trim colour.

    lol thats so funny, coz the exact thing happened to the clock in my LS a couple years ago... and it is SO annoying its unbelievable.. was stuck on 10:35 or something, then i disconnected the battery and reconnected it.. then it was 1:00 forever.. so just unplugged it till getting a replacement clock.. been fine ever since lol

    My clock is playing up too. No matter how many times you reset it, and enter the correct time, it changes to a few hours back. It still keeps time, just refuses to keep the right time, the thing has a mind of its own!
    Should i just chuck it and invest in a new one?
