DIY EW1 Brake Upgrade.

Hi guys, I am new here and I don't speak English too well. So please understand my difficulty.
I am driving a 85 Civic 1.5 Carby, and I am living in Australia, but I am not an Australian. I know there are not much people driving EW civic in this forum, but just want to share some experience.
Car : 1985 Honda Civic EW1
Aim: To Improve the brake force
Required:
Pair of 1987 Integra front caliper. PN:1913
Caliper Rebuild kit
Pair of new RDA discs (DBA 416)
Pair of new EBC Green Stuff (DB429)
1985 Accord Brake Booster (NM205V-3)
1987 Prelude Brake Master Cylinder (7/8 Bore)
Steps:
Step 1 – Prepare
Clean the calipers and rebuild the calipers with the standard procedure.
Step 2 – Fitting calipers
Fit the calipers, discs and pads without any modification. Everything bolt-on

Step 3 Remove Brake Booster/Master Cylinder
Unbolt the brake pipes connected to the brake master cylinder.
Unbolt the brake Booster.
Step 4
As the stock Brake master won’t fit the Prelude Master Cylinder. We had to change the stock booster with a 85 Accord booster, which is a bit bigger as well, so it will give more brake assistance to the brake pedal.


There are two adjust point, point (B) adjust the brake pedal and point (A) adjust the Master Cylinder Push rod.
Step 5 Adjustment
To adjust the Master Cylinder push rod, we need to bolt the master cylinder on the brake booster and adjust the point (A) until the push rod just touch the brake master cylinder. If miss-adjust the push rod, it can cause long pedal travel, or Drag Brake.

Step 6 Installation
Install the brake booster and master cylinder to the car and adjust point B to adjust the pedal free play. Connect up the brake pipes to the Master cylinder.
Step 7 Bleeding
Bleed the brake left rear, right rear, left front, right front.
Compare:
The Integra Caliper has a bigger piston which can improve the brake force.
As the caliper gone bigger, the brake disk also has some improvement:
Old Discs: Solid, Diameter 231mm
New Discs: Vented, Diameter 242mm
Because of the bore of the caliper gone bigger, there for we need a bigger Brake master cylinder to give enough brake fluid to the caliper.

have u done the rear disc swap aswell, or jsut the fronts??

Just got front disk only, a 850KG car doesn't need 4wheel disk.
Have you got any mod with you AH civic ?
