You mean the steering feel? That's totally different to whether a car is "heavy" when turning. Steering feel depends on the amount of power assistance. In the Euro, assistance is minimised. In the Civic, I think it uses electrically assisted power steering, so the assist is much more constant. Civic's steering wheel is light.
Hmm... I haven't driven the Civic.. but I actually find the Euro steering is quite light compared to my GTI (or maybe something is wrong with the Euro *shrugz*)
