loom for conversion

ok i'm hoping to do the conversion on my ek1 next weekend (B18C7) is going in
but ive heard that i can use the dc2 loom i have to use the ek4 loom.
and ive also heard that i can use my ek1 loom. So now I'm really confused, so can some please help. which is the more conveniant wat to go and wont give me much trouble..

ek's uses diff plugs ... so u can use ek1 loom and add the wires from the dc2 loom
