Lowering goods and No goods

i heard if u lower ur car.. its is not good for it
does it stuff up the balljoints???
i am currently using stock shocks with my 3 inch drop..
the bouncing of my car gives me a headache..
really starting to shit me..
if i get u shocks.. would i have these gay arse bounces???

if someone has had these past few problems
please share ur storys of these anoying stupid things

shocks are basically used to regulate the sping's oscillations... with aftermarket shocks you can basically adjust the bump and rebound settings... with your 3inch lower, im guessing that the spring rates are definatly different to the standard spring rates which are matched with the standard shocks.... replacing the shocks and adjusting them to suit your lowered springs rates would definatly give you a benefit......

My car just has lowered springs too. My rear shocks are stuffed now!

My Bilstein shocks have arrived! So soon I'll have 4 new shocks to match my lowered springs soon.
