Thats a personal opinion.
Not sure about others in the same boat. But I can afford mine and its my choice it sits in the garage. In saying that I treasure the times I do drive it on the Wends. Mine is one of the best example Dc2rs there are (no hesitations in saying that) and I intend to keep it in that condition.

Older brother's White DC2R:
MY00 - 100,000km

Younger brother's Black DC2R:
MY00 - 130,000km

To cut down on the milage and limit it to fun times only (and avoid wasting milage on traffic jams), the older bro drive a camry to and from work...but damn that is so boring! An S2000 for that would be nice!
