take off the rims, wash your caliper with some petrol and dry it. then mask the disc and guard. after that, use some high temp can spray it. 4 layers will be good.

i've got the same problem, took it to the dealership today and they said they "can't reproduce the problem"... wtf...

someone here said something about anti squeal, i'm gonna have to go demonstrate the problem to the dealership tomorrow or next week.

If its a very loud constant squeel then you need new brake pads. The safety pin in the pad is scraping against the brake disc.

If its an intermittent squeek only when you brake, then its usually the pads vibrating and causing the sound. All you need to do is remove the pad and apply some Anti-Squeel compound to the Metal->Metal parts such as on the back of the pad where the round Piston sits, and in the corners where the brake pad notches are sitting in the caliper.

Another common problem is a foreign object such as a small stone has gotten jammed between the Brake Disc and Disc Shield, which may be more noticable when going around corners.

You need to use high temperature red paint to paint the caliper. Here is a DIY http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthr...ighlight=paint

if you do not need new brake pads, then try spraying your brake set up with high pressure water firstly, and then move onto removing pads and applying some more anti squeal, sand it back a bit. Just my 2cents.

Yes most if not all auto shop will have Anti Squeal compound

You can simply use your euro's jack in the boot to jack up the corner and remove the wheel, where you will have complete access to the caliper.

    ok thanks....sounds good.

also wanted to ask - i was thinking of getting a body kit - more likely the 'lucky star' body kit on ebay - just wondering how much it would be to get it painted and all?

Are you sure you want lucky star? A Euro with no kit looks better than a Euro with the lucky star kit! Yikes - this is scary bad...

lol something got lost in the translation because I don't understand what you are saying. You like how that white euro looks? It looks like a Transformer - robots in disguise.
