Prelude Gen 5 - Door Window Seal removal! please help!

Hey guys

Unfortunately like most other hondas, the window door seals are fadeing on our gen 5 honda prelude. We would like to removed so we can strip back and paint in 2pac black or similar. could anyone give me a brief walkthrough on how to remove these seals without breaking them? like were all the clips roughly are and release points etc...

if anyone could help our it would be very very appreciate...

get them painted while on the car
just mask it off !!

mmmm maybe might have to do that, but would be much easier if we could remove them from the car, and then it would be easier to remove all the old rubber and prime and paint them correctly with no chance of overspray on the car
