Lets put it this way, if you don't have money comming out of your pockets, Steven from Centrax doesn't even have a second to spare to talk to you. I know they are good business guys cause he can talk shit all day long, and convince guys with big wallets to spend big.

And yep, couldn't agree more that his brother Chris is a top guy. But all it takes is one guy to spoil it.

i think ive met you once.. u had a048 b4 these.. how do they compare ? ?
A048 were good, but for the amount of power i have i can't get traction out of corners. Evan with the white JDM DC5 has gone to 255 A048's in order to get traction out of corners.

The hoosiers are great altho i have only had one track session on them. I have a much higher corner speed through turns one and two (when not getting held up by traffic) and also a fair bit less wheel spin exiting corners, altho there still is some.

I am happy with them at this stage altho i am sure wider semi's would do the same job. Just thought i would try something different.

Thats funny because i have never spent a lot of money buying products off them. I go there to get my car serviced, etc and thats it, i buy pads and i bought my BC wing from them and other than some bits to fix up my sussy thats it. Under 1500 in parts, not exactly a big spender.

I think everyone talks a lot of shit, everyone has different opinions on everything and i dont agree with everything steve or chris says but i listen and learn and research and make up my own mind at the end of the day. Most of the ppl who go their do so because centrax are quite pedantic about the work they do to make sure its done right.

Lets just leave it at that!

So does anyone know about a JDM DC2 doing 59's? I know Evan has a JDM DC2 but i dont think he did a 59?? Myabe he could have but he hasn't had that car at QR for quite some time.

ive always found steven and chris to be very helpful. sometimes i dont agree with some of the advice they give me but when it comes to suspension, they seem to be right on the mark.

im a bit of a tight ass so i've never bought parts from them, simply because i can import them myself for less but when it comes to service, i can't fault them. they always find time for my car.

i cant talk for anyone else's experiences with them but its a bit disappointing to see all this disrespect for them. i have my own gripes with other tuners and i don't go online and talk shit about them. maybe i'm just more mature than that.

comparing knowledge based on faster track times is rubbish. anyone who knows the two cars knows that its not even the same competition. as far as i know, centrax won the sprint competition a couple of years back but they weren't shooting for it. yeh, i'm sure after they realised they were leading the points, for half the season, they went for it, but the reason why they track is to test their products themselves rather than rely on 2nd hand knowledge and advice from japan. makes sense, after all, we have different roads, different weather and different climate conditions.

isn't the hi power crx completely stripped with some ridiculous power to weight ratio? and isn't it driven by a professional race car driver, as opposed to a mechanic?

give me the fastest car in the world and i bet i couldnt drive it faster around QR than a professional race car driver driving a honda jazz.

oh by the way, if you don't like their service, you needn't worry. last time i was in there, i was told that with all the corporate deals they're signing, they no longer have time to run the service side of their business and soon will no longer be taking on any new customers. so if you've never experienced their help, guidance and time, then unfortunately, you probably never will. just as well for those who didn't like them in the first place.

I think all those who are hating Centrax don't know what they are talking about. If you knew your stuff, you would realise that they are good guys who take care of their customers. When it comes to running a business, you don't have time for people who only use you for your knowledge. If that's all you want, google it.

    Go Figure.

Isn't respect gained and not bought in the first place?

Put it another way - Does that mean that if you've bought a first class ticket on any airline for travel, and the next time you travelled on economy you would expect them to respect you and upgrade you for free every single time you flew with the same airline?

Doesn't make sense from a business point of view.

So good business is all about ranking the ppl you do business with.

I dont know about everyone else but i thought good business is treat ALL your customers with respect.

When did i ever say i wanted some sort of handout???
Theres a difference between respect and getting shit cheaper or for free
