Civic 06 Vti unusual wheel noise

I got a civic 06 auto but these few days i noticed that the left rear wheel has some unusuall noise....kinda like those train....when they move along the tracks....the metal hitting against metal noise.....but it doesnt always occur...it just occurs sometimes and then its normal...then it comes again....
anyone got any idea what is happening?

My civic has done about 13000kms and just did my 10k service 1 mth ago

ummmm probably not the best idea thrown out but one time I did a service on a VTI civic and had a tyre rotate, but this VTI came with the alloys the sports did and the wheel weights were on the inside of the rim hitting the front callipers. Probably not you're problem but thought I'd throw it out

hmmmm, might also be a nail or something metallic embedded in your tyre

    hi,
is it like something metal grinding??
could it be some road gravel in-between the discs and brqake pads. i have had that before and its off and on and is it annoying??

same noise on my 98 vti coupe,
im thinking its a bearing somewhere in the left wheel, defiently the left wheel,
also when i break at high speeds u feel like the car is bouncing around?

same, left wheel, but it's happend after i changed the wheels into 18" and spokes design(easy for dirt to go in), so may like "hormone" said, its about dirt or something.bearing, i don't think so for new car, unless affected by bigger wheels.
