    DC5R - changing bulbs

    Hey guys did some research any1 changed there bulbs?

    issit really the matter of taking out the battery/wiper tank on the right and the power steering on the left?

    i saw this on clubrsx.com but it was just a brief summary

    ums... i think you can just unclip and pull back the gaurd liner and go from there.
    easier than taking out a battery.

    yeh i did, but the lights are on the far side. my new car. dont really wna f*k anything up so i ask before i do stuff now

    what do you mean on the far side?
    light towards the outside of the car right?
    as far as i can remeber when i was doing it, i just jacked it up, un did the gaurdliner via the clips, pulled it back, and changed the bulb.

    What light are you trying to change, theres like a million bulbs/lights on a DC5R

    hmmm, aiight i think i better double check then, yeh far side near the outside

    its just cant fit my hand or plugs with the other things in the way

    driving lights

    thats the bay, you can see the steering and the battery are in the way?

    Did you read the Integra manual? It has diagrams to help.

    On the right hand side you take off the power steering fluid to access the lightbulbs.

    On the left hand side, you unscrew the windscreen washer bottle, shift it out of the way then access your lights.

    I've done it several times, both a Dc5 and a DC5r. This method always works for me.

    yeh ! i just did it! hahaha i was to scared! thats all, dont wna ruin anything!

    now to make a custom intake whole!

    yeah it's not that hard to change bulbs if you have small enough hands...

    are you going to make an intake hole to suit your current intake settup in that pic? please do tell how you plan on doing it.

    And how they painted stockies. im gna be doing that.. will get rid of my current rims

    although the current air filter is a KNN, gna get rid of that i want an INJEN CAI

    so why would you want to cut that hole when you're going to buy the injen cai?

    coz once i make a whole like that, ill get a rub and point it directly to the cai as well
