If it has a plug at the end then you are probably missing the 2nd half of the wiring loom. Did you buy it 2nd hand?
You can get the wiring diagrams off the apexi site. However if you don't have the other half then you'll probably need to cut off the plug and extend the wires so you can splice into the ecu loom.
