Huzza! A NewZealand Accord in Australia! Fear It.

Oh yes, from the land of the sheep it came many years ago, and it has eventually found it's way into my drive... it's too big to fit into my garage

It's an LXI, which is the EXI here(?) I assume it is since there's no fancy sunroof or crusie control etc But I have brought a cup holder from another model.... >_>

I would love to eventually have a kit and some rims, but I'm at a loss on what colors to use since it's such an odd color. Apparently it's a NZ/Non-Aussie only color? I havent seen any other Accord, or Honda for that matter, around with same color.

    Numbers!
    1995 LXI, 117,000km brought for $6300

    Past cars:

1981 323 (Geniune old lady sunday only car too)
1990 Honda Civic (298km and BANG engine. Almost 300k!)
1995 Excel 5D LX (Not by choice.. but it is 5D!)
    1995 Accord!

So just a few. Been driving for 6 years.

1st Question! Electric seats... can I get some from the next model/s up and put them in mine? I'm 5'3" and the seat's too high for my poor legs

    Hi Zorella
Definetly a unique color you have on your CD5.
I'm not too sure about the electric seats but I'd suggest getting rid of the pin striping first...then lower and some nice rims (maybe 17" or 18").

    CD5 uh?

How much is it, give or take, to lower an Accord? I'm only after looks, no point in proformance as I'm not racing it

Welcome. Great to see another accord in qld.

Cheapest lowering option would be some king/kmac springs. Around $350/400 new probably.

Should be able to get some vtis seats from the wreckers and bolt them in easy.
