FRONT camber kit - try SKUNK 2.

REAR camber kit - try WHITELINE or SKUNK2.

Pm EG5 ( yonas) to deal with SKUNK2.

Pm Euro69 (hwoang) or pm Whiteline to deal with whiteline

I have Skunk2 front and rear on my DC2R.
These are really good. Easy adjusting and they do the job perfectly.

    Got them from JDM Yard.

whiteline = about $30. Cheap. Simply replaces 2 bolts and adds washers to "give" more camber.
Skunk 2 = replacement upper control arm and generally higher quality. About $180 i think ?

Depends what you mean by "more". More positive camber or more negative camber. The whiteline kit only allows you to add more positive camber.
i.e. make your wheel closer to or equal to 90 degrees to the road surface.

yup - the whitelien kit gives ONLY positive camber ( in small steps)
Rarely would you need a kit that can give more negative camber tho.

would you need a front camber kit for a lowered 94 honda accord?

depends on how lowered it is...
any amount of lowering WILL pull your camber and thusly iuncrease your tyre wear.

So , if its alittle lower its OK to rotate tyres every 5000ks.
If its dumped then a front camber kit might be good to help with tyre wear
